My journey in tourism began in 2016, guiding travelers across Kyrgyzstan and volunteering at the World Nomad Games. From that first season, I never really stopped.
Even while studying Computer Science in Minsk, I returned every summer — guiding, exploring new regions, and deepening my understanding of the country. Along the way, I traveled to more than 30 countries across Europe and Asia, learning how tourism works in different places and bringing the best of those ideas into our own approach.
After graduating, the decision made itself. I had found the work I love — and a mission I want to spend my life on: putting Central Asia on the map the way it deserves to be.
Today, Datka Travel is the #1 rated travel company in Kyrgyzstan on TripAdvisor. But what matters more is this — we’re still out there every season, exploring new routes and destinations, constantly refining what we do to create better, more thoughtful experiences for our travelers.
None of this happens alone. Behind every trip is an office team working hard to make sure everything runs smoothly before a single bag is packed — and the guides and drivers who bring it all to life on the ground. This isn't a one-man show. It never was.
Our Office
Our sales managers are the first people you'll hear from — and they do much more than answer questions. From the moment an inquiry comes in, they take the time to understand who you are as a traveler: what you've seen, what excites you, how you like to move through a place. From there, they'll either shape a program around you or help you find the right one from our existing routes. Every detail is considered before a single booking is made.
Once your trip is confirmed, our support managers take over — and they stay with you all the way through. Before you arrive, they'll make sure you're prepared: what to pack, what to expect, who your guide is and when they'll meet you. During the trip, they're reachable whenever you need them. And when it's over, they follow up to make sure everything landed the way it should have.
What makes this team different is harder to put on paper. Every one of them has lived abroad — in Korea, the United States, Russia, across Europe — and chose to come back. Not because they had to, but because they believed in something. We share the same goal: to put Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia on the map the way they deserve to be — to show the world the landscapes, the culture, and the way of life that we grew up with and never stopped being proud of.
